We ligate this part with E0840 (''<partinfo>E0840</partinfo>''), and measure the intensity of GFP in cultures with different concentrations of 3OC12HSL.

From the chart, we can see that cells were hardly induced in the control group, and with the concentration of inducer growing, the intensity of GFP increased by groups. The most efficient concentration of inducer was around 10^-5M, and higher concentration may lead to the expression of GFP decreasing. Additionally, to most groups, the intensity of GFP reached its maxium after 4 hours.

3OC12HSL -> PoPS Receiver

This composite part can be considered as 3OC12HSL in -> PoPS out device, because 3OC12HSL binds LasR (BBa_C0079) which turns on pLas promoter(BBa_R0079). This device produces lasR constitutively, under the control of a constitutive regulated promoter (BBa_J23100). Device input is 3OC12HSL. Device output is PoPS from the Plas promoter(BBa_R0079).

We ligate this part with E0840 (BBa_E0840), and measure the intensity of GFP in cultures with different concentrations of 3OC12HSL.
