Usage and Biology

In BBa_K3889102, BBa_K3889110 and BBa_K3889122 we planned to use sfGFP as a reporter for ovasacin, xylR and mf-Lon production respectively in Bacillus subtilis. In BBa_K3889130, sfGFP along with BBa_J06504 for checking terminator efficiency in Bacillus subtilis.
