Full sequence for Myzus persisae BCR3 secreted protein
BCR3 is a predicted secreted protein that localizes to [http://rspb.royalsocietypublishing.org/content/280/1750/20121952 aphid bacteriocyte cells].
This is the full coding sequence from the Myzus persisae BCR3 gene that the Cardiff_Wales team is attempting to target using RNAi.
BCR3_full is cloned into the golden gate version of pSB1C3 (P10500) using BsmBI and conforms to the [http://2016.igem.org/Resources/Plant_Synthetic_Biology/PhytoBricks Phytobrick standard].
It is flanked by BsaI sites together 5' TACT and 3' CCAT cloning sequences for subsequent cloning into a level 1 plasmid.
This sequence is incorporated into a level 1 plasmid for plant expression as part of an RNAi construct with the complimentary sequence found in BBa_K2810004.
