This T7 RNA Polymerase split C-term coding sequence part did not exist, as it was directly PCR amplified with the B0032 ribosome binding site - this composite is K2442402.

Usage and Biology

This nonexistent part was used for assembly of larger composite split-T7 RNAP AND-gate constructs.
