LowPromoter_PduD(1-20)_mCherry_cgPPK2
The PduD(1-20) localisation tag, mCherry and PPK (from C. glutamicum) under control of the low strength Anderson promoter (https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_J23105). PPK is tagged with His6 (see figure 1).

The Manchester iGEM team has combined this part with BBa_K2213002, which contains EutLK under the control of an araBad promoter, to make the composite part, BBa_K2213013. Coexpression of BBa_K2213013 and the other composite part, BBa_K2213012 (see: https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2213012) showed that cgPPk2 was localised in the Eut microcompartment, and served as a proof of concept for the Manchester team's project. Characterisation of BBa_K2213013 can be found at: https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2213013 and characterisation of BBa_K2213002 can be found at: https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2213002.
