Team UiOslo Norway 2017 improved the documentation of this part by cloning it into pSB1C3 and sequencing it.
>Results from PCR amplification of BBa_K2110000 inserted into pSB1C3. Primers used were VF2 and VR.
Sequencing data of BBa_K2110000. Sequencing was carried out by GATC Biotech and the samples sent for sequencing was prepared in accordance to the instructions in the Lightrun Sequencing protocol. Primers used were VF2 and VR, as the part was still inserted into the submission vector and this made sequencing quite a bit easier.
