The PDF1.2 promotor is a regulatory sequence from Arabidopsis thaliana that has been shown to respond to jasmonic acid.
It is a truncated version of BBa_K1467103
This promotor includes 500bp upstream of the PDF1.2 translational start point.
This part conforms to the [http://2016.igem.org/Resources/Plant_Synthetic_Biology/PhytoBricks Phytobrick] standard and contains the 5' GGAG and 3' AATG sequences for cloning into level 1 plasmids.
