The part was created subcloning BBa_J45320 inside BBa_K1065101 following the standard assembly protocol.

Source

PchBA were extracted from Pseudomonas aeruginosa. AraC-pBAD was extracted from E. coli. BSMT1 was extracted from Petunia x hybrida.
