J23100+YF1+FixJ+FixK2+inverter

This is an intermediate part to build a blue light inducible genetic circuit. The part produces YF1 and FixJ under the control of a strong promoter of the Anderson family BBa_J23100. It is present also an inverter cassette regulated by pFixK2: it contains the inverter cI and the inducible promoter pLamnbda.
