Applications of BBa_K1073026

When cjBlue is expressed colonies on agar plates as well as cells in liquid culture exhibit a greenish color. Compared to other chromoproteins like aeBlue (BBa_K1073020), eforRed (BBa_K1073022) and amilGFP (BBa_K1073024) the development of the color is slower but still visible to naked eye.
