"Quad-Part Inverter"

QPI refers to a Quad-Part Inverter, that is, a Help:PoPS-based inverter composed of four sub-parts: a ribosome binding site, a coding region for a repressor protein (ie. cI lambda), a Help:Terminators, and the promoter (ie. pLamdba) which is regulated by the coded repressor protein

The efficacy of these QPI parts can be measured using a [http://www.openwetware.org/wiki/PoPS_device_screening_plasmid Screening Plasmid device]
