Usage and Biology

AM1-FHS is Formate-tetrahydrofolate ligase. The protein sequence is from Methylobacterium extorquens AM1. This protein catalyzes the conversion of formate into 10-formyltetrahydrofolate during the tetrahydrofolate (THF) cycle . This part is used in BBa_xx and BBa_xx
