PTet mRFP with RBS B0032


p(tet)R Measurement Device composed by BBa_R0040 promoter and BBa_K516032 mRFP protein generator (with BBa_B0032 medium efficiency RBS from Community Collection).
If used in a cell containing tetR (BBa_C0040), p(tet)R promoter is turned off; the repression can be modulated by the addition of tetracycline or its analog, aTc; this measurement system senses the aTc concentration in the medium and responds with an RFP output.
In order to modulate the output range, other measurement systems with different RBSs are provided: BBa_K516230 (with BBa_B0030 high efficiency RBS) ; BBa_K516231 (with BBa_B0031 low efficiency RBS).
