Tr linker

Usage and Biology

A short sequence originated from Trichoderma reesei [1]. Molecular dynamics simulations show that it is flexible. It can be used as a flexible linker to link two structural domains of a fusion protein to achieve proper separation of functional domains to reduce their unfavorable interactions [2].
