nosZ primer reverse

  • Primer Design

This primer was designed with a region to flank the 5' terminus of the gene NosZ in Paraccocus denitrificans PD1222 part of the chromosome 2 (NCBI ID:CP000490.1) located between base pairs (1380640 and 1382598). The primer contains the addition of the restriction site XhoI and 6 bases to allow the cut of the restriction endonuclease. The introduction of the unique restriction site XhoI into the gene NosZ allows the precise introduction of NosZ in the plasmid vector pet 23 a (+) for further protein expression and protein purification. The primer contains 12 bp DNA binding region.
