TEV cleavage site ENLYFQ^G
BBa_K3425045 is the cleavage site of TEV protease (BBa_K3425037, Tobacco Etch Virus protease). This part is codon optimized for E. coli and B. subtilis and thus its nucleotide sequence is distinct from the BBa_K3102041, while the protein sequence is the same: Glu-Asn-Leu-Tyr-Phe-Gln-Gly. Peptide is cleaved between the glutamine and glycine residues.
