RBS + Xis-Int Tn916

This part carry the both enzyme Int and Xis of the conjugative transposon Tn916. The Tn916 is a "cut and paste" transposon which naturally move a 18kb DNA fragment carrying Tetracycline resistance. Tn916 is able to make intra and intercellular transfer thanks to a closed circular intermediate.
