Part:BBa_K3183021
Double T7 and T1rrb Terminator
Double terminator containing a T7 and T1rrb terminator. Shown in the literature to be effective in L. reuteri constructs.1 This part is comprised of two terminator linked with a short spacer.

Characterisation
This part was used by Team Oxford 2019 to end transcription in constructs contained within pTRKH3. This terminator was shown to be effective through high protein expression in both L. reuteri and E. coli in the parts BBa_K3183100, BBa_K3183101, and BBa_K3183103 respectively. This was also used in the composite part BBa_K3183102; however, we were unable to detect transcription in this construct for reasons still unknown.
