Measurement system for BBa_K300093

This part was built to quantify the affinity and binding activity of a head (BBa_K300002) and internal domain (BBa_K300003) phasin to polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) granules. With this BioBrick the right folding of the recombinant protein was also tested, by measuring the GFP reporter (BBa_K125500).
