Tutorial:Adding a BioBrick - Step 6
Enter your DNA sequnence information into the box provided and click 'Save'
This will add the physical DNA sequence to the box below and enable you to begin adding features and editting your parts by clicking the 'Add Feaure' link.
Enter the start & end bp number, type and label for your feature.
In this example, the start codon has been highlighted and added as a feature:
