Usage and Biology

This promoter has a single base mutation from the T7 consensus promoter sequence. The mutation is at the -16 base from A to T. The relative strength of this promoter compared to R0085 (the T7 consensus promoter) was measured as 0.72 by Imburgio and coworkers.
