Applications of BBa_M50096
EL-222 seemed to drive minimal GFP expression in cells with the c120-insulin-GFP plasmid after 24hrs of blue light (20s-on, 60s-off). It was difficult transfecting both plasmids and getting sufficient dual transfection. More tests are needed to confirm proper functioning of this part.
