Uranium Inducible GFPuv Reporter

This composite part is a reporter made out of the uranium inducible (urcA) promoter (BBa_M45113), a strong ribosome binding site for E. coli (BBa_B0034), the GFPuv protein (BBa_M45116), and two terminators (BBa_B0010, BBa_B0012) to prevent RNA polymerase from reading the termination step through.
