Design Notes
We made sure that the following promoter bound to the transcription factor we chose.
Source
The promoter, RBS, and terminator regions are all standard parts of the E. coli genome. The MTF-1 and following promoter regions come from the mouse genome. The sequence was back translated from the amino acid sequence to avoid introns.
