Design Notes

The largest issue is the promoter being used- it really should be a promoter that is designed to work in plants. Finding a promoter that works in plants, but is sensitive to arsenic concentrations has almost impossible. The same can be said about the RBS and terminating sequences- ideally, these would be plant specific as well.
