Design Notes
This gene codes for an mRNA of a reported eukaryotic arsenic binding protein. This gene, as submitted, is the mRNA sequence without modifications from Cricetulus griseus. There is an SpeI restriction site still present in the sequence that would need to be mutated to allow use of the gene in the standard IGEM Biobrick construction.
