Design Notes

The coding sequence for E.coli Keio strain BW31005 (CGSC#8185)genomic GFP was blasted sequence against the entire genome to identify a region with high probe binding specificity. The sequence needed to be absent of YCCTT and AAGGR motifs, but accidentally includes a TCCTT site in the middle of the probe.
