Design Notes

Part BBa_K743001 has an EcoR1 restriction site, because of this, this plasmid can not accept biobricks by strandard assembly for further integration into Synechocystis. If adittion of any dna sequence is intended, Gibson assembly is strongly recomended.

RS1 and RS2 were obtained from Synechocystis genomic DNA, both the kanamycin resistance (BBa_P1003) and the double terminator (BBa_B0015) are from the registry of standard biological parts.
