Design Notes

We can use different concentration of Tet to regulate the strength of promoter (R0040) ahead GvpC Protein and GFP. And We can know the approximate concentration of GvpC by the fluorescence unit of GFP. To achieve this goal, we measured a curve to connect the concentration of IPTG and the fluorescence unit of GFP.
