D. radiodurans PprA+RecA expression device

D. radiodurans PprA and RecA, each with own LacI promoter and RBS. Constitutively expresses these two proteins and should increase DNA damage repair capability and radioresistance of host E. coli.

NOTE: There is a double terminator (BBa_B0015) between the PprA CDS (K602001) and the second LacI promoter. The sequence of subparts shown below is NOT accurate until editing of composite parts become available.
