Design Notes

This part constructs by connecting adenine aptamer from add riboswitch with stem III of wildtype hammerhead ribozyme by a selected linker of twelve basepairs.

The adenine aptamer was first found in V. vulnificus and the fast-cleaving hammerhead ribozyme is from Schistosoma mansonii
