Design Notes

The rhi quorum sensing system show relationships with plasmid transfering. However, real transferring only occurs when these genes are combined with other essential genes like traABC, traI/R, so only rhi quorum sensing could not make the plasmid transfer. They will not arouse biosafety problems.

the promoter of rhiABC comes from the Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. vicae 1MA57 we purchased from the CGMCC(China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center).
