Design Notes
Nb28 from Vicugna pacos was enhanced, the sustitution of serine 102 with aspartic acid improved affinity by 3.3-fold compared to Nb28.
This sdAb secuence is prepared to fuse with a signal peptide and a cell wall protein for yeast surface display, this is the reason why it does not have either start or stop codon.
