According to isobutanol biosynthesis pathway, this biobrick(Part:BBa_K539741)will be translated to the enzyme which catalyze the last step. However, using this biobrick only to produce isobutanol is impossible. Therefore, in order to complete the whole synthesis pathway, we combine this biobrick(Part:BBa_K539741) and Part:BBa_K887000, which includes first three enzyme genes in the pathway, together.

By this way, isobutanol should be produced by our modified E.coli
The following figure proofs that only when those two patrs (Part:BBa_K539741 and Part:BBa_K887000) connect together will our E.coli produce isobutanol.
