Design Notes

Built in Plac, two strong and one weak expressing RBS, Alss, ilvC, ilvD, 37’celcius regulator RBS, tetR and terminator (Part:BBa_K539651 with Part:BBa_K539653).

All of those sequences(Alss ,ilvC and ilvD) had been mutated to delet the function of RE site at the origin so that we can submit this part to the iGEM.

Source

Both of the ilvC and ilvD come from the Escherichia coli str. K-12 substr. MG1655. However,the Alss is from Bacillus subtilis.

And the part which repress Ptet when the temperature up to 37'Celius is designed by 2010 iGEM NCTU_Formosa.
