4z domain-protein domain

The z domain refers to a synthetic protein domain that has the ability to bind to the Fc region of immunoglobulin G (IgG). In studies, the z domain is used to construct extracellular vesicles (EVs) that can display antibodies, so that these EVs can bind specific antibodies through the z domain on their surface, so as to achieve targeted delivery to specific cells or tissues. The 4z domain, a tetramer of the z domain, has also been shown to be able to construct EVs displaying antibodies[1], with similar binding activity as the z domain.
