This part originates from the sequence K5349000. Inverse PCR was performed to introduce specific mutations. Specifically, Leucine (159), Isoleucine (160), Phenylalanine (161), Alanine (168), and Leucine (169) were substituted with Isoleucine (159), Phenylalanine (160), Leucine (161), Phenylalanine (168), and Methionine (169), respectively.
