VDAL naturally expressed by Verticillium dahliae<I/> . The protein will significantly enhanced resistance for crops through protecting MYB6 from degradation by interacting with PUB25 and PUB26 E3 ligases.For application, the VDAL has been used as a commercial bio-pesticide.
