Glukiller，We chose to use BBa_K3142014 as our own suicide switch, which mainly utilizes a glucose-sensitive promoter capable of expressing subsequent killer genes such as mazF under low glucose concentration.In it，between 1 to 200bp is PT-αcrp.It is a Glucose starved promoter，which is response to glucose starvation. It can be used to Initiate gene expressing in response to glucose starvation.Sequence and Features.We have optimized it to be suitable for expression in Lactobacillus rhamnosus
