Lck signal peptide
The Lck signal peptide is a membrane-targeting sequence derived from the lymphocyte-specific protein tyrosine kinase (Lck). When fused to a protein of interest, this short peptide directs the protein to the plasma membrane by facilitating its attachment to the inner leaflet via lipid modifications, such as myristoylation or palmitoylation.
