CDS Cry4Ba toxin

The Cry4Ba toxin from Bacillus thuringiensis is highly effective against various species of mosquito larvae, particularly Aedes and Anopheles. It has also been tested on Drosophila melanogaster to assess its broader insecticidal potential. The Cry4Ba gene, comprising 3507 base pairs, was selected to evaluate the efficiency of our engineered chassis in targeting specific animals, providing a reliable model for biological testing and toxicity studies.
