MOG-CAAR-v2
This composite part is made up of the following protein domains: EF1a promoter, Igk signal peptide, MOG (aa 35-55) autoantibody binding domain, short stable GS linker, CD8a hinge and transmembrane, CD28 signalling, 4-1-BB signalling,CD3z signalling domain and WPRE. All these domains result in a chimeric protein that can recognise and bind to anti-MOG antibodies and produce cell responses. This makes the receptor ideal for halting disease progression in multiple sclerosis, if we employ it in a manner similar to traditional CAR-T cells.
