Design Notes

The use of BiTerm provides insulation at both ends of the expression cassette, thereby reducing the influence of the surrounding genetic context on gene expression and enhancing the stability and efficiency of gene expression. Consequently, in our design, BiTerm is employed to mitigate the mutual influence of multi-gene expression.
