This part contains Hypsibius dujardini's heat soluble protein CAHS94063 coding sequence, and a 10XHisTag with a single stop codon, which expressed under an inducible promoter (preferably T7), it can be used for protein purification according to the protocol by Boothby et al.(2017):

"Cells were then lysed by heat shock at 95°C for 15 min. Lysates were cooled at room temperature for 30 min. Insoluble components were removed by centrifugation at 20,000g and 10°C for 30 min."

The protein can then be further purified with a HisTag purification kit.
