Surface displayed protein reverse primer 3

This is a reverse primer used for PCR of the Surface displayed protein-SpyTag complex (BBa_K5269021-BBa_K5269024). This primer is also used for Golden Gate Assembly (GGA) to pBluescript II SK(-) ,which has Golden Gate Assembly Site (BBa_K5269020). This primer is used for GGA of two or more Surface displayed protein-SpyTag complexes, the second of which is closest to the L3S2P21 terminator.
