SmGGPPS

This gene is responsible for the control of geranylgeranyl diphosphate synthase synthesis in the downstream geranylgeranyl MEP pathway of Salvia miltiorrhiza[3]. We designed primer F: GCATCGTCTCATCGGTCTCAT(ATG) + CDS-5' end and primer R: ATGCCGTCTCAGGTCTCAGGAT + CDS-3' end of the junction sequence containing BsmBI enzyme site, and cloned the sequences containing the SmGGPPS of the target gene by PCR reaction. The sequence containing the target gene SmGGPPS was cloned by PCR and inserted into vector pYTK001.
