TrpC terminator

The terminator of trpC promoter, together with the trpC promoter, strongly expresses target gene and stop the expression of afterwards sequence.

Usage and Biology

The TrpC terminator is an important genetic element. It plays a crucial role in gene expression regulation. The TrpC terminator helps to end the transcription process of a gene. This terminator is found in various organisms and is particularly significant in genetic engineering and molecular biology research. It provides a clear signal for the RNA polymerase to stop transcribing the gene, ensuring that the correct length of RNA is produced. In this experiment, we use TrpC Terminator to end the expression of TrpC promoter.
