Design Notes

We codon-optimized the sequence for expression in chassis Yarrowia lipolytica by referencing the organism's codon bias. To make the part RCF[10] compatible, we also ensured that there is no EcoRI, XbaI, SpeI and PstI cut sites in the sequence.


Source

This part comes from the genome of Clostridium acetobutylicum. In our project, it was codon-optimized for Yarrowia lipolytica and synthesized by a commercial provider.
