elongated wsc1
elongated wsc1-mid2-histag that extends out of cell wall in S. cerevisiae (Dupres et al, 2010). Wsc1 is a mechanosensor involved in S. ceresiae (Levin et al, 2011), and will activate CWI (Cell Wall Integrity) pathway when there's an osmotic pressure change around the cell.
