Promoter BBa_J435350 fused to RBS BBa_K2680529 with Promoter MoClo overhangs for Bsa1 assembly

The inducible Promoter BBa_J435350 is fused to the RBS BBa_K2680529. The construct contains the overhangs 5` GGAC and 3`TATC. This enables assembly with another part in the spot where usually the rbs would be, for example assembly with the part BBa_K5146000 to validate expression in E.coli and not needing to switch the rbs for assembly in for example yeast.
